Laurie Busch

Laurie Busch went far, far above the call of duty in helping us sell our 1898 family home of 40 years! We were out of town, so Laurie was always front and center, truly day and night, making sure the house was in tiptop showing form, which was very labor intensive and meant dealing with a fallen tree and basement flooding after a terrible downburst storm, code violations and even migrating bees! She secured bids and coordinated with the foundation, HVAC service persons, plumbers and appliance repairmen, landscapers and handymen! It was heart-stopping down to the wire to complete the repairs and pass inspections! But Laurie was dauntless throughout, and an expert at negotiating with the buyer’s agent through a myriad of last-minute challenges. And always with good cheer! More than professional, Laurie was always such a pleasure to work with! Always staying positive and tackling the challenge at hand. And she’s a lot of fun! I truly think of her as my new BFF. Bery conscientious and a true hard worker, Laurie would literally get down on her hands and knees to mop floors, pull weeds and plant flowers! She just pulls up her sleeves and gets to work at whatever challenges come our way. My husband and I are so grateful and quite amazed that we pulled off the house sale to such a very qualified young couple, all thanks to Laurie Busch! She’s a marvelous realtor and person! Highly recommend!
